- Billing Data: Payment details collected by our third-party payment processors (Stripe). We do not store complete credit card numbers.
- Authentication Data: If you sign up via SSO (Google, GitHub, Microsoft), we receive your basic profile information from that provider.
B. Agent and Platform Data
- Agent Configuration: Agent profiles, connector configurations, and deployment settings you create.
- Connector Credentials: Encrypted credentials stored via AWS SSM Parameter Store. We never see raw secret values.
- Usage Data: Agent activity logs, approval workflows, and runtime telemetry within your organization.
C. Technical and Usage Data
- Device Info: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
- Usage Logs: How you interact with the dashboard, feature usage patterns, and session duration.
- Cookies: Session cookies for authentication and analytics cookies to understand site usage.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Service Provision: To operate, maintain, and deliver the UseGlic platform.
- Agent Orchestration: To process agent requests, manage approvals, and deploy agent runtimes.
- Security: To detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Communication: To send service-related updates, security alerts, and product announcements.
- Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.
- Improvement: To improve our platform, features, and user experience.
3. Data Storage and Security
- Your data is hosted on AWS infrastructure in regions selected during deployment.
- Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+).
- Secrets are stored using AWS SSM Parameter Store with KMS encryption.
- We follow SOC 2-aligned security practices including role-based access control and audit logging.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information only in these cases:
- Service Providers: Third parties who help us operate the platform (AWS, Stripe, Cloudflare).
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or government request.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (you will be notified).
- With Your Consent: When you explicitly authorize sharing.
5. Data Retention
- Account Data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account closure.
- Agent Data: Retained as needed for platform operation. Deleted upon account closure.
- Billing Records: Retained for 7 years as required by tax laws.
- Audit Logs: Retained for security and compliance purposes per your organization's configuration.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Request updates to inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.

- IN NO EVENT SHALL USEGLIC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RELATED TO PRIVACY CLAIMS.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India.
- All complaints and disputes must be filed exclusively in the courts of Delhi, India (for users outside EEA/UK) or Dublin, Ireland (for users in EEA/UK).
- You agree to waive any right to file complaints in any other jurisdiction.
- You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against UseGlic.
