Terms of Service

By accessing or using UseGlic ("Service"), you ("User", "Customer", or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

UseGlic provides an AI agent command center platform that enables enterprises to request, approve, govern, monitor, and control AI agents across their organization. The Service includes agent orchestration, connector management, sandbox isolation, approval workflows, and runtime deployment.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • You may not share your account credentials with others.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
  • Use the Service to transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service.
  • Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without our express written permission.
  • Use the Service to train competing AI/ML models.

4. Your Data

  • You retain full ownership of all data, configurations, and content you submit to the Service ("Customer Data").
  • You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store Customer Data solely to provide the Service.
  • We will never use your Customer Data to train models shared with other customers.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your Customer Data complies with applicable laws.

5. AI Agent Operations

  • You are responsible for the agents you create, approve, and deploy through the Service.
  • You must ensure appropriate human oversight for agent actions.
  • We are not liable for actions taken by agents you deploy through the Service.
  • You must comply with all applicable laws regarding AI agent usage in your jurisdiction.

6. Fees and Payment

  • Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
  • All fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
  • Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but the Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We are not liable for downtime caused by:

  • Third-party cloud provider outages (AWS, Cloudflare).
  • Force majeure events.
  • Scheduled maintenance (advance notice provided).

8. Intellectual Property

  • We retain all rights, title, and interest in the UseGlic platform, software, and trademarks.
  • You retain all rights to your Customer Data and agent configurations.
  • Feedback you provide may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep non-public information confidential. This obligation survives termination of these Terms for a period of three (3) years.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • IN NO EVENT SHALL USEGLIC, ITS FOUNDERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
  • OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100.00) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS LESS.
  • THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UseGlic from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms.
  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
  • We will delete your Customer Data within 30 days of termination.

14. Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
  • All complaints, claims, and disputes must be filed exclusively in the courts of Delhi, India (for users outside EEA/UK) or Dublin, Ireland (for users in EEA/UK).
  • You agree to waive any right to file complaints or lawsuits in any other jurisdiction or venue.
  • You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against UseGlic.
  • Any claim must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues, or it is permanently barred.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notice. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
