Learn which integrations we support, how to connect your own accounts, and how to manage AI teammates.
UseGlic helps teams configure AI teammates for defined roles, connect approved tools, set review points, and inspect activity in the Command Centre.
No SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification is currently held. Current access and network controls are described on our security page.
Yes. UseGlic supports Slack and Microsoft Teams. Create the app credentials in your own organisation’s Slack or Microsoft account, add them to the AI teammate’s connection settings, and grant the permissions it needs. You control which channels, conversations and actions the connected account can access.
Yes. Use your own business accounts and generate the app credentials required by each integration. Add them in the AI teammate’s connection settings and complete account authorisation when prompted. Grant the permissions needed for its job. These are credentials for your connected business tools; AI model access is managed separately.
Pilot pricing is quoted for your workflow, connections and support needs. The proposal separates platform charges, model usage, setup and support so you can understand the operating cost. See pricing to scope a pilot.
See pricingAssign an owner, define review points and choose the tools each AI teammate can use. Workspace roles control who can manage teammates and inspect activity. Agent network access is customer-configurable: general agents can reach destinations unless a super admin blocks them.
UseGlic supports Slack, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, Gmail, Google Drive, Outlook, Excel, OneDrive, SharePoint, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Apollo, Hunter, Xero, Tally, Notion, Confluence and Jira, with Serper.dev available through Web Search. Connect these services using your own accounts and the required app credentials or account authorisation. The permissions you grant determine what the AI teammate can read or change. Other systems can be connected through an API, MCP service or a suitable connector.
UseGlic operates its workspace in the EU region by default. You can set your organisation’s data region — Europe, United States or Asia Pacific — in workspace settings, and Enterprise or white-label deployments can pin a specific region for data-residency needs. Where model inference and connected services process data depends on the regions and settings selected for your workspace, and some model routing can cross regions. We review the data path for each workflow before go-live.
