A sourcing teammate that finds the right candidates for an open role, then leaves every decision to you.
Overview
What it is.
Finding strong candidates takes hours of searching before any conversation begins. The Talent sourcing teammate takes a role brief, looks only in places you approve, and returns a shortlist with the reasons each person may fit and the evidence behind them. It drafts the first message. Your recruiters choose who to contact and who to hire.
Who it is for: Hiring managers and recruiters who want a stronger shortlist faster, with respect for candidate privacy built into the process.
What it helps with
The work it takes off your plate.
01
Starts from your role brief
Tell it the must-haves, the nice-to-haves, the location and the seniority. Searches are tied to a specific open role, never a standing pool of people.
02
A shortlist with reasons
Each candidate comes with a plain explanation of why they fit and a link to the evidence, so you can verify it quickly.
03
Searches only approved places
Only the places you name: your own applicant records, profiles candidates have submitted, and profiles or exports your recruiters share with it. It does not scrape social networks.
04
Respectful first contact
Drafts outreach that says who you are and where you found the person, and honours anyone who asks not to be contacted.
05
People make every decision
It does not score people against each other, reject anyone or contact anyone on its own.
An example
What working with it looks like.
You ask“We are hiring a senior backend engineer in London. Must have payments experience. Find ten people worth speaking to.”
You getYou receive a shortlist of ten, each with the reasons they may fit and evidence links, and a draft first message for the ones you choose to approach.
Your people stay in charge
Where a person decides.
A recruiter decides who to contact. The teammate only drafts.
It does not guess personal characteristics about candidates.
Candidate details are kept only as long as your agreed policy allows, and opt-outs are respected.
An owner for every teammateEach AI teammate has a named person responsible for its work and its access.
Access you approveYou choose which systems and information a teammate can use. It does not get more than that.
People stay in the loopAnything consequential, such as sending, publishing or deciding, waits for a person.
A record of the workReview what a teammate did, when it did it and what it cost, then pause or adjust it as your needs change.
